Paleo Herb Crackers

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups almond flour

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tablespoons dried mixed herbs

  • 2 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, chia seeds, and salt. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Add the eggs to the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.

  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly. Aim for about 1/8 inch in thickness for that perfect crunch!

  5. Use a knife or cookie cutter to cut the dough into your desired shapes. I usually use a knife and cut them into squares to make it a quicker process.

  6. Carefully transfer the cut-outs to the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until the crackers turn a lovely golden color.

  7. Once baked, let the crackers cool for a few minutes before indulging in their crunchy goodness. Pair them with your favorite dips or enjoy them on their own!

Note: Always store your Paleo crackers in an airtight container outside of the fridge to maintain their crispiness and freshness.
