Paleo Herb Crackers
INGREDIENTS
3 cups almond flour
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp salt
2 tablespoons dried mixed herbs
2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by preheating your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, chia seeds, and salt. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Add the eggs to the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly. Aim for about 1/8 inch in thickness for that perfect crunch!
Use a knife or cookie cutter to cut the dough into your desired shapes. I usually use a knife and cut them into squares to make it a quicker process.
Carefully transfer the cut-outs to the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until the crackers turn a lovely golden color.
